How soon will I get my stuff?
Items typically are sent out within 1-5 business days of your order. However, for large orders, or items which we currently do not have in stock, it can take up to a month to ship.
For addresses within the continental United States, most items arrive in 2-5 days, once shipped. International orders take longer, and we have little control over them. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us at WulfgarWeapons@gmail.com or put it in the order notes.
Can I get it faster?
In the event that you need your items urgently, several of our products have an "Express Processing" option for an additional charge of $10 USD. This charge is to inform us of the urgent need, and allow us to divert resources to getting that product out as quickly as possible.
Express Processing is not available on all products, as some are made-to-order, while others use longer processes. Express Processing is not available for purchases which include the following extras: stocks, stands, straps or chrome-plated weapons.
We are also subject to post office delays and pickup times, so just because you order something one day doesn't mean it will be shipped same day or day after, we will just be shipping it ASAP.

Can a customer purchase a replica weapon prop without a Permanent Orange plug?
Due to safety laws our replica prop weapons with barrels must be sold with a permanent orange plug or marking.
EXCEPTION: Selling to a film crew, please contact us at Wulfgarweapons@gmail.com and we will work with you on how to go further.
We chose to sell with a permanent blaze orange plug in most cases, and some of our past customers have removed them, however, this is NOT recommended or encouraged by our organization and NOT our intention.
Wulfgar Weapons & Props has no control over an item after it is purchased and shipped to this regard.
Do you ship and work on holidays and weekends?
We do work most weekends, but there are about 12 weeks a year we take off, due to conventions or other engagements. We do work most holidays as well. We don't ship on holidays as the post service is normally closed.
Can Wulfgar Weapons & Props or parent companies, owners, workers, etc be held responsible for misuse, injury, or removal of permanent orange plugs by customers after purchase?
We are not responsible for misuse of our products or removal of orange markings after purchase. Once the purchase has been made and the item transferred (in person or shipped), we waive all responsibility for misuse or removal of safety protocols.
Can I Cancel My Order?
All orders that are Canceled more than 2 days after the order was placed will be charged a 20% of item cost restocking fee. This fee covers materials and labor already invested in the order.
Do you take returns?
Yes, but the customer will be charged a 20% of item cost restocking fee. This fee covers materials and labor already invested in the order. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Wulfgar Weapons does not provide shipping labels for returns.
My item broke during shipping, what do I do?
Broken items due to shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you receive an item broken, please keep all parts, packing and boxes, take pictures of the box and packing. Some shipping companies will not honor claims if the item is not available for their inspection.
Please send pics to WulfgarWeapons@gmail.com and we'll respond within 3-5 business days (most of the time much sooner). We'll likely offer a return the item for a refund or exchange or instructions on how to fix it (some things look broken, but just need to be screwed together, etc). Once you've shipped the item back to us (customer is responsible for the cost of shipping) we will refund or exchange your order. We'll pay the domestic shipping for an exchange (not a return) - but for international customers, you will be responsible for paying shipping for the exchange.
What if I don’t get my stuff?
Before contacting us, please contact your local post or shipping office with the tracking number, as this happens to be the best way of tracking a package. Some times they are holding it for some reason and the customer just needs to contact the local office, especially for international customers.
If this fails, please contact us at WulfgarWeapons@gmail.com and we'll respond within 3-5 business days (most of the time much sooner). We'll track your package and work with you on seeing where your package is.
Do you offer bulk / wholesale discounts?
Yes! We consider a bulk order over $400 dollars on more than 5 items or more. If you're interested in a bulk order please contact us at WulfgarWeapons@gmail.com with what you're interested in.
Do you mind if I resell your product?
No, we sell to a few regular customers for resale and we do not mark our products with logos or maker marks. Many times we help advertise for your site/store.

We encourage brick and morter stores to purchase our items for re-sale.
Do you offer rental of props for film, photo shoots, etc?
Yes! We offer rental of items up to 30 days at a time (exceptions can be made). The rental price is typically 50% of the base price of the items and the deposit fee is the remaining 50% which you'll get back after the item is returned intact and on time.

No. we will never take advantage of your personal info for personal gain, we value your privacy as much as you do.
